Visiting General Authorities

"First and foremost, seek to feel the Spirit each and every day of your lives. Work diligently to qualify for the companionship of the Holy Ghost and to recognize the many times the Spirit speaks to your mind and to your heart." Elder Craig C. Christensen

Elder Craig C. Christensen who recently became a member of the Presidency of the Seventy and his wife Debbie are seated next to Sister and Elder Pearson. Elder Pearson is in the First Quorum of the Seventy and is also serving in the Pacific Area Presidency.

On Sunday morning before the Wellington Stake Conference, a early morning meeting was held for the Youth of the Stake.
Elder Christensen was greeting the youth before the meeting began.
By the time the meeting started every available spot to set down was taken. The Youth were well rewarded for their attendance.
Next, before Stake Conference began, dignitaries from the Wellington City Council came to greet our visitors.

President Harvey with Annette King and Sister Eileen Mueller.
Annette King is the Deputy Leader of the Labour Party here in New Zealand.
Sister Jacobsen is also working on the Wellington Council
Paul Eagle - Wellington City Councillor, far right.
The Wellington Stake was reorganized on Sunday. President Thomson (Center) became the Stake President. His Councillors are President Howard (Left) and President Fernandez (Right).
We look forward to sharing all the wonderful counsel we received from Elder and Sister Christensen and Elder and Sister Pearson.
